JB. - What is your opinion of the present government?

U. - That it has done very badly. It is drifting, with ideas it forgot to test and submit to conservative conceptions, such as the market economy. Its progressive mentality will have to bow before the United States, which will exert very strong pressure. There is a total divorce between what they have done and what must be done. The conservatives will be more consistent with their ideas, but if they are elected there will be a very serious regression. The price will be high.
